Dr. Albert A. Schander is of counsel at WOLLWEBER Rechtsanwälte. Albert specializes and has longstanding expertise in equity financing as well as M&A-transactions including cross-border transactions.

Albert studied law and economics at the Universities of Passau, Pavia in Italy and Munich. He earned his Ph.D. from Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena in 2003.

Albert is member of the German Lawyers Association (DAV), the German-Italian Lawyers’ Association, the German Association for Financial Analysis and Investment Advice (DVFA), the Corporate Law Association (VGR) and the Banking Law Association - Scientific Society for Banking Law (BrV).
